Carlsbad-based Dot Hill Systems has hired a new CFO, saying this week that it has hired Hanif I. Jamal as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Corporate Secretary. Jamal joins the firm from Gateway, where he was VP and Corporate Treasurer. Jamal has also served at Hewlett Packard. Dot Hill is a manufacturer of storage systems sold to the enterprise market.
