Santa Monica-based Double Fusion, which operates an in-game advertising network, said Wednesday that it has acquired NeoEdge Networks, a social and casual in-game advertising firm. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced. Double Fusion said the acquisition is part of a "major expansion" at the company, which also includes the opening of a new sales office in New York, and the addition of Canadian distribution relationships. Double Fusion said that NeoEdge adds over 100 million monthly video impressions in casual and social games to its inventory.
