eSurface Expands In Japan

Carlsbad-based eSurface, which is developing printed circuit board (PCB) processes for the electronics industry, says it is expanding into Japan, and has formed a new Japan-based subsidiary. eSurface said its new subsidiary, eSurface KK, will be based in Yokohama, and will offer up licensing of its intellectual property to fabricators, supply chain partners and research institutions. eSurface says its process allows for the addition of conductive metal on virtually any surface, regardless of shape, size or material.
