Elon Musk Buys 9.2 Percent Of Twitter

Elon Musk, the CEO of Hawthorne, California-based SpaceX, has just acquired 9.2 percent of Twitter, according to a regulatory filing. The Schedule 13G filing by Musk indicates he now owns 73,486,938 shares of Twitter's common stock, which might make him the largest outside individual shareholder of Twitter.
