Elon Musk Unveils Grand Plans For Mars, Rocketing Users Across The Earth

Elon Musk has detailed grand plans for how SpaceX expects to launch and land humans on Mars, including showing off a new transport spacecraft called the BFR, his plans for creating a base on Mars, and also talking about using rockets to transport people from any place on the earth to another in less than an hour. The details were unveiled at a speech by Musk at the International Astronautical Congress (IAC) in Adelaide, Australia. SpaceX has an archived stream of Musks's speech to IAC on its website.
