Irvine-based Endologix said today that it has completed its acquisition of Nellix, a developer of a medical device for the treatment of Abdominal Aortic Anerysms (AAAs). The acquisition had been originally announced in october. Endologix will pay $15M in stock, plus up to $39M in milestone payments for Nellix. As part of the acquisition, Endologix also said it has closed on a $15M, private placement offering of its common stock.
