FaZe Clan Acquired For A Mere $17M

Los Angeles-based e-sports brand FaZe Clan has been acquired, for only $17M, by GameSquare, in a huge valuation loss for the e-sports and gaming company. FaZe Clan had staged a high-flying, $725M SPAC only one year ago. GameSquare is partially owned by Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones. The acquisition puts FaZe Clan back under the control of its original founders.
