Irvine-based electric auto maker Fisker Automotive said this afternoon that it has shifted co-founder Barny Koehler as its new Chief Business Development Officer, focused on strategic initiatives and new business opportunities. Koehler had formerly been co-founder and COO of the company. Fisker said the move moves Koehler from an operational role, to the strategic initiative and alliances area.
