Los Angeles-based Fonpods, a Web 2.0 startup providing access to podcasts via phone, said today that it has added a new service to allow consumers to retrieve podcasts without having to create an account or browse through content. The firm said its new Fast Access Service allows podcasters to promote their content to listeners. The service includes an access number and feed ID that users can use to directly dial into podcast content.
