Freebinar Becomes AnyMeeting

Hungtington Beach-based Freebinar, the free web conferencing and webcasting service headed by Costin Tuculescu, has renamed itself AnyMeeting, the firm said this morning. AnyMeeting provides a free, ad-supported service which allows users to run web conferences and webcasts. The firm is targeting competitors like GoToMeeting and WebEx with its free service. The angel-backed company has raised funding from the Pasadena Angels and the Tech Coast Angels.
