Genvid, Backed By March Capital, Snags $6M More

Streaming game engine developer Genvid Technologies--which is backed by Santa Monica's March Capital Partners--has raised $6M in new funding, in a Series A investment, the company said today. According to Genvid, the funding was led by Makers Fund, the venture fund of gaming industry veteran Jay Chi, and also included March Capital Partners and OCA Ventures, who are both existing investors in the company. Genvid is based in New York. March Capital Partners was the lead investor in a round for Genvid that was announced in September of 2017, with March Capital's Gregory Milken leading the investment.
