GOAT Group Buys Grailed

Los Angeles-based online marketplace GOAT Group says it has acquired Grailed, an online marketplace for men's luxury, streetwear, and vintage fashion. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. GOAT Group said it was already an investor in Grailed, having made an investment in that company in September of 2021. GOAT Group, led by CEO and co-founder Eddy Lu, said the deal will help it grow its apparel and accessory categories. Grailed was founded in 2013, and resells products from such brands as Supreme, Raf Simons, Gucci, Saint Laurent, Balenciaga, and Prada.
