GoDocs Expands Document Automation Products

Irvine-based GoDocs has rolled out an expansion of its product line, saying this morning that it has launched a new tool called C&IDocs, which provides document generation and automation for commercial and industrial loan documentation. The company claims its tool reduces the loan documentation process to just minutes from weeks. The company said its product can automate even complex loan structures that previously had to be handcrafted by attorneys. The company says its product is "attorney-powered".
