Search engine giant Google said this morning that it has acquired Motorola Mobility, to bolster its Android efforts. Acccording to Google, it will pay $12.5 billion in cash, or $40.00 per share, for Motorola Mobility. Motorola Mobility has been developing Android technology. Google said it will run Motorola Mobility as a separate business.
