Pasadena-based Guidance Software announced this morning that it has appointed a new member of its board of directors. Guidance has appointed former SEC Chief Accountant Lynn Turner to the firm's board. Turner will also serves on the firm's audit committee, and is currently managing director of research at Glass Lewis & Co.
