HappyFox Launches AI Bot For Slack

Irvine-based HappyFox, a developer of help desk software, says it has launched a new artificial intelligence software, HappyFox Assist AI. The company said the new software helps provide automatic resolution of repetitive questions to IT and HR teams from within Slack. Slack is a very popular communication tool for companies. HappyFox said the new software integrates with Slack, as well as knowledge base tools like Confluence, as well as ticketing systems Zendesk and HappyFox Help Desk. HappyFox said its new tool uses AI to respond to routine requests in Slack, and initially deflected up to 40% of IT tickets, with a goal of eventually deflecting 60% of all frequently asked questions.
