Los Angeles-based Helio, a provider of MVNO services, and QD3 Entertainment, the production company of hip hop artist Quincy D. Jones III, said today that they have launched a new, QD3 branded channel as part of one of Helio's premium video packages. QD3 Entertainment said it will feature streaming music-related video content, including interviews, clips, and comedy from its artists. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
