INCIPIO Buys BRAVEN

Irvine-based mobile device accessory maker INCIPIO Technologies announced this morning that it has acquired fellow mobile accessory company BRAVEN. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced. BRAVEN develops a line of portable Bluetooth speakers, speakerphones, and mobile phone chargers. According to Incipio, BRAVEN will remain at its location in Provo, Utah, and it will continue to maintain the BRAVEN brand as a separte product line.
