San Diego-based Intercasting, a firm developing mobile social networking applications, has raised $12M in a Series B funding, the company said today. The round was led by Venrock, and also included prior investors Avalon Ventures and Masthead Venture Partners. Intercasting said the round will go towards the firm's expansion strategy.
