Interlock Equity Backs evolv Consulting

Los Angeles-based private equity investor Interlock Equity said it has made a strategic growth investment in evolv Consulting, a business consulting firm based in Dallas. Size of the investment was not announced. Rob Zielinski is Managing Partner at Interlock Equity. The companies said that evolv Consulting was advised by Equiteq and Troutman Pepper in the deal; evolv Consulting was advised by Guggenheim Securities, LLC and Winston & Strawn LLP.
