Irvine-based BCM Advanced Research, a manufacturer of embedded motherboards and single board computers, said today that it is being acquired by Taiwan-based Evalue Technology. Terms were not disclosed. BCM is a developer of industrial motherboards, used for embedded computing products. The combined company will be headquartered in Taipei, with offices in Irvine and Tinton Falls, NJ.
