Irvine Scientific Acquires BioCare Europe S.r.l.

Santa Ana-based Irvine Scientific, a manufacturer of cell culture media, reagents, and medical devices, said Thursday that it acquired BioCare Europe S.r.l.. BioCare is a distributor of in vitro fertilization media, medical devices, and related equipment. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced by the companies.
