Agoura Hills-based JamboTECH, a provider of telecommunications services, said that it has upgraded its communications tools to include "click-to-call" for sales and customer support. The company's services allow users to easily connect to phone numbers via an Internet browser or email package. The service is tied into its conferencing solutions, and is based on IP-telephony. The company said that it is targeting its technology for salesforce automation and customer relationship management applications.
