San Diego- and Baltimore-based private equity firm JMI Equity has invested in PointClickCare, a developer of electronic health records software for the long-term care industry. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. PointClickCare said the minority strategic investment will go towards organic and inorganic growth.
