Requirements:
Strong sales background, actively involved in selling a software or technical product to commercial accounts.
Minimum 5 years technical experience in the Windows environment, with deep knowledge of system operation. Must have a basic knowledge of Windows desktop/server systems and hands-on skills such as: knows current operating systems, system imaging, backups, restores and installation. This individual needs practical experience in managing or supporting a Windows network, including experience with servers, workstations, SAN/NAS and network protocols.
Sufficient technical depth to communicate with the development team and other internal organizations on behalf of the customer.
Three years experience in a technical and customer/client facing role.
Ability to interact and communicate (verbal and written) with the customers technical and management personnel, including polished presentation skills.
Prior experience as a Field Applications Engineer or Sales Support Engineer, preferred with software products on the Windows platform and virtual environments.
Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage and prioritize concurrent technical support demands.
Ability to work independently (virtual) with minimal management supervision.
Availability and willingness to travel to customer sites as required.
Microsoft Certified Product Specialist, Microsoft Certified Software Engineer, VMWare, NetApp certificates desired.

The ideal candidate has deep experience working closely with backend teams, user experience (UX) designers, and expert UI users. 	Comprehensive understanding of data compression technologies including data de-duplication.

Junior Developer
We are seeking a Junior Developer to accelerate the rapid development and delivery of our high-quality software products.  Developers work in a team environment to deliver data acceleration technologies for Windows and Linux-based data center infrastructures.  This position is based in Burbank, CA.

Responsibilities: 
The Junior Developer creates new software and designs &amp; implements automated test cases to ensure our products meet the specifications, are of high quality, and free from defects. This position is responsible for creating, managing, and executing those test plans and scenarios using Microsoft Visual Studio, Powershell and other in-house utilities that fully exercise all aspect of our software products.  

Essential functions:  
	Works as a part of a team and as an individual contributor to create new software products. 
	Acts as the test engineer for products developed via agile development methodology  an active team member, creating and executing test cases that fully test the code within the sprint.
	Estimated 50-60% of time will be spent coding tests and defining errors and attempting locate issue/fix code prior to discussing with Developer.
	Implements automated test programs for testing new components and regression testing.
	Deliver automated testing solutions that can easily be integrated into the regression test suites for our products.
	Operates pro-actively in introducing engineering best practices and automation tools that increase efficiency in the test labs.
	Reviews User Requirements and authors test plans for manual and automated testing that ensure complete code coverage. 
	Conducts manual and automated testing of products, identifying possible issues and reporting results.

Requirements:

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Test Engineer to ensure the development and delivery of our high-quality software products. The QA Test Engineer performs thorough in-house functionality, reliability, longevity and performance testing of all software products before release or approval for field test. Essential functions:

Designs and executed test scripts/plans to ensure the product achieves the designed functionality and does not introduce any unacceptable side effects. Tests are done in a variety of hardware and software configurations, as identified in the test script/plan.

Senior Software Engineers report to the Director of Engineering and work in a team environment to design and develop data I/O acceleration components deployed into Windows, Linux and mobile enterprise IT environments.  

Responsibilities: 
Senior Software Engineers are responsible for developing high quality, bug-free code in close cooperation and interaction with other member of the development team.  Senior Software Engineers build working software systems from software specifications, and perform development tasks personally (especially the more critical or challenging ones).  This includes all aspects of software development (concept exploration, analysis, design, development, test, delivery, maintenance) for Windows drivers (file system mini-filters as well as storage drivers), services and applications.  The position may require travel to customer sites on occasion.

We are looking for a Director of Quality Assurance who will be responsible for 
planning, defining, and directing quality assurance policies for software products operating in Windows and Linux enterprise IT environments.   The Director of Quality Assurance reports to the CTO and works in a team environment to deliver products for Windows- and Linux-based IT infrastructures.

Responsibilities: 
The Director of Quality Assurance defines the interaction between QA engineers and the software development team to support a testing methodology for aggressive software development and high quality product delivery.  This includes implementation of automated validation and regression processes, providing project status and documentation to key stakeholders, and managing QA staff.  

Essential functions:
