Kintara Therapeutics Looks For Buyer

San Diego-based Kintara Therapeutics says it is reviewing "strategic alternatives", and has hired on a financial advisor. The biopharmaceuticals company said it will "review a range of strategic alternatives focused on maximizing stockholder value", and has hired on Ladenburg Thalmann & Co. Inc. as an advisor. The company is focused on development of solid tumor cancer therapeuties, and trades as KTRA on the Nasdaq.
