Kofax Wins Big Order In Australia

Irvine-based document management software developer Kofax reported a big contract win this morning in Australia, saying an Australian bank has signed a $1M order for its software. Name of the bank was not announced. Kofax said the bank is using its software for automating processing of mortage applications and ancillary documents. Kofax said the deal includes $1M in software license revenue, and over $200,000 in maintenance and other service fees.
