Kudos Technologies Collects $7M

Los Angeles-based Kudos Technologies, a new startup developing "smart wallet" technology, said on Thursday that it has raised $7M in a seed funding roudn. The round was led by Patron, and also included QED Investors, SciFi VC, SV Angel, Precursor Ventures, Newtype Ventures, Chingona Ventures, plus angel investors. The company's co-founder and CEO is Tikue Anazodo. According to the company, it is developing a "smart wallet" product which helps users simplify checkout and maximize their credit card rewards whenever they shop online. The startup says its team previously worked at Google, Affirm and PayPal. More information »
