Kyocera Wireless Names Exec

San Diego-based Kyocera Wireless Corp. announced that it has named James Kelly as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Kelly is the company's VP of Engineering. Kyocera Wireless develops CDMA wireless devices and accessories, and is a wholly owned subsidiary of Kyocera International, which acquired Qualcomm's CDMA consumer wireless phone business in February of last year.
