San Diego-based Leap Wireless has named a new CFO. Leap has appointed Amin I. Khalifa as Executive Vice President and CFO. Current acting CFO Dean Luvisa will become VP Finance for the firm. Khalifa joins Leap from Apria Healthcare Group, where he also served as EVP and CFO. Khalifa has also served at Beckman Coulter, Monsanto, and Aetna. More information »
