Lionsgate, Amazon Prime Video Team On Movies In Latin America

Santa Monica-based studio Lionsgate, and online giant Amazon said Tuesday that the two are in a content deal, which will bring a long list of Lionsgate movies to Amazon Prime Video members in Latin America. According to the two, the titles covered under the content deal include such titles as Wonder, John Wick: Chapter 2, The Shack, and Saban's Power Rangers. Financial details of the deal were not announced. The two said they will further collaborate on adding new releases on Amazon, following local theatrical releases in the region. Amazon operates a large portion of its Amazon Prime Videos business out of its Los Angeles offices.
