San Diego-based Lithera, which is developing injectable treatments for fat tissue reduction, has raised $10M in a funding round. Source of the funding was not announced by the firm. Lithera, which was formerly known as Lipothera, is backed by Domain Associates, Alta Partners, and Frazier Healthcare Ventures.
