LogicMonitor Names New Board Member

Santa Barbara-based LogicMonitor, which develops software-as-a-service products for business monitoring, says it has added a new board member. According to the company, Lisa Edwards, an ex-Salesforce and Visa executive, as an independent board member. Edwards is also on the board of Colgate-Palmolive, is Executive Chair of the Diligent Institute, and also served at Salesfoce, Visa, and founded a fintech startup, ValuBond.
