Los Angeles-based Loudvine.com, a new, Web 2.0-style, online community site focused on music fans, said today that it is now live in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Orange County, and San Diego. The online site allows music fans to find bands, gigs, venues, and other information about local artists; the site also helps artists to promote their bands and events.
