Santa Monica-based Lumeo, a new startup aimed at helping members learn how to shoot professional videos, said today that it has launched its service. The new site allows users to watch videos and learn from professionals, via short video tutorials. The site's first set of educational videos comes from surf photographer Art Brewer. Membership to the site is free, with an advertising-free premium level also available. Lumeo is headed by Brian McDonough.
