Los Angeles-based MarketShare, a provider of advertising optimization and decision making software, said this week that it has named Steve Tobias as the firm's Senior Vice President and Managing Director. Tobias joins from Marketing Management Analytics (MMA), and also previously has served at Bearingpoint and Arthur Andersen. The firm said Tobias will help it scale its client relationships and strategic offerings. MarketShare is backed by private equity firm Elevation Partners.
