Maven, the car sharing service run by GM, and the City of Los Angeles said this morning at an event downtown, that the firm will be placing 100 of its GM Bolt electric vehicles into the area to help get people out of their cars. Those vehicles will cost $12 an hour to borrow, with free charging provided through EV fast charging provider EVgo. Maven launched its service in Downtown LA in October.
