MeridianLink Completes StreetShares Buy

Costa Mesa-based MeridianLink, which develops software for financial instutions and consumer reporting agencies, said late last week that it has completed its previously announced acquisition of StreetShares, which develops fintech software for banks and credit unions. Financial details of the deal were not announced. MeridianLink trades on the NYSE and MLNK, and provides its cloud-based software to banks, credit unions, mortgage lenders, specialty lending providers and consumer reporting agencies.
