Santa Ana-based MP Biomedicals, a diversified manufacturer of life sciences products, said this morning that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire New Zealand firm ICPbio International LTD, in an asset deal. ICPbio is a manufacturer of protein biologics. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed.
