Irvine-based MTI Technology has completed its acquisition of Collective Technologies, an Austin, Texas-based provider of IT and infrastructure and systems integration. MTI said that the acquisition included over 90 consultants who operate in the area of business continuity, virtualization, migration and consolidation, and systems management, along with other areas. Collective will operate as a division of MTI, headquartered in Austin.
