NantKwest Names VP Of Adult Medical Affairs

Culver City-based immunotherapy developer NantKwest, which is led by biotech billionaire Patrick Soon-Shiong, MD, said last week that it has named John Lee, MD FACS, as Senior Vice President fo Adult Medical Affair. According to NantKwest, Lee will oversee regulatory strategy for clinical trials, medical writing and translation of pre-clinical science into the development of new trials. Lee is Co-Director of the Chan Soon-Shiong Institute of Medicine, and has been a surgical oncologist with Sanford Health since 2008.
