It looks like holiday shopping season has officially launched, at least for electronic e-commerce retailer NewEgg, which said Thursday that it has launched its "Black November" deals, offering up sales on popular products such as laptop, ultrabooks, tablets, televisions, cameras, computer components and video games. NewEgg also said it will launch a new program which will provide a lowest price guarantee on products purchase from November 1st through December 24th, where it will refund the difference if a customer purchases and item and finds that same item at certain online retailers for less for a lower price. NewEgg is bypassing the traditional holiday sales launch on Black Friday, where retailers have usually kicked off the season with extra low prices and door busting offers. NewEgg is based in the City of Industry, and quietly reached over $2 billion in sales, and is one of Southern California's biggest e-commerce retailers. NewEgg also launched sales on November 1st last year.
