NextSpace Gets 825K

NextSpace, the co-working space developer which has locations in Culver City and Venice, announced this morning that it has raised $825,000 more in a funding round, to go towards expansion in Northern California. NextSpace is one of a number of coworking spaces to open in the Los Angeles area recently, with a space colocated with the Amplify LA accelerator (NextSpace @ Amplify) plus a location in Culver City. NextSpace said it has plans for expansion throughout LA and down to San Diego, however, those plans will not be happening with this funding round, instead likely happening with the firm's next round of funding. NextSpace is led by Jeremy Neuner; the firm's Northern California locations are in Santa Cruz, San Francisco's SOMA and Union Square, and San Jose. More information »
