San Diego-based NextWave Wireless has completed its acquisition of IPWireless, a supplier of TD-CDMA mobile broadband network equipment. NextWave said that IPwireless will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of NextWave. The $100M acquisition was originally announced in April.
