San Diego-based NextWave Wireless said Wednesday afternoon that it has completed its acquisition of Mountain View-based GO Networks. The deal was originally announced in January, and is worth $13.3M in cash plus up to $25.7M in earnout. GO also maintains research and development facilities in Tel Aviv.
