Poway-based NEXUS Biosystems, a developer of automated sample management systems for the pharmaceuticals and biotech industry, said today that it has completed its acquisition of REMP AG of Switzerland, a developer of sample management systems. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced. NExUS had said on July 15th that it would be acquiring REMP, which was part of the Tecan Group. REMP AG is based in Switzerland.
