NuVasive Promotes Executives

San Diego-based NuVasive said this morning that it has promoted Keith Valentine to President, Kevin O'Boyle to EVP and CFO, Pat Miles to SVP Marketing, and Jonathan Spangler to VP and Chief Patent Counsel. Former President Alexis V. Lukianov remains as Chair and CEO. Valentine has been EVP of NuVasive since January of 2002, and the others are all existing employees. NuVasive is developing medical devices for minimally disruptive surgical treatments for the spine.
