Omnitracs Completes XRS Corporation Buy

San Diego-based Omnitracs, which develops fleet management products for transportation and logistics companies, said today that it has completed its acquisition of XRS Corporation. The deal was worth approximately $178M. Omnitracs said the buy will help strengthen its core technology portfolio.
