Pasadena-based OpenX, which develops Internet advertising server software and related services, said this morning that it has made a major, European expansion. According to the firm, it has appointed Vincent Pelillo as Managing Director, Europe, Middle East and Africa. Pelillo was previously at Orange-France Telecom Group, heading up that firm's ad exchange efforts. The company said it is making a "major expansion" into the European market.
