Santa Monica-based Outcast Media, the operator of out-of-home advertising and content networks, reported today that it has partnered with the U.S. Department of Transportation, on a distracted driving campaign. Outcast said it will include a PSA for the "One Text or Call Could Wreck It All" campaign on its Pumptop TV network, which broadcasts content and advertising to over 12,000 gas stations nationwide. Outcast runs both the gas station network as well as similar television and content networks for health clubs.
